Dignity attended Rivers State University and graduated in 2008, for LLB Bachelor’s degree and he later proceeded to Nigerian Law school, thereafter called to Nigerian Bar in 2010 (BL). He has a diploma in Safety and Security Management from Rivers State University. He obtained his Masters (LLM) from Rivers State University and presently doing a PHD program in Rivers State University.
He is Commander Man O’ War Nigeria, Rivers State Command presently. He is reputed for his qualitative responsive and service delivery.
