OKANJE AKARA JAMES is the Head of Litigation in “The Master Chambers” law firm. He has over 17 years of consistent experience in legal practice. He started his practice with B.E.I. Nwofor (SAN), from 2005-2012, where he rose to become a leading litigation lawyer in the chamber. In 2013 he joined Sterling Law Alliance. In 2014 he became the head of litigation in “The Master Chambers” law firm.
He graduated from Rivers State University of Science and Technology with (LL.B) Bachelor’s degree in 2003 and was called to Nigerian Bar for the professional qualification (BL) in 2005 after attending Nigerian law school Abuja.
Okanje has appeared in many high-profile cases in several courts and tribunals across Nigeria. He has appeared in all superior courts of records in Nigeria, including the Supreme Court of Nigeria, representing our client’s civil and commercial disputes.
Okanje’s experience in legal practice specifically extents to criminal law, civil law, commercial law, election petitions, matrimonial causes, shipping & maritime and land Cases.
